TTI is known for its intellectuals. This is a place for thinkers to gather and exchange quotes, thoughts, or other topics that might not appeal to the average gamer.
I am hoping to join your organization, so I thought I'd say hello and tell you a little about myself.
RL background:
I am 23 years old and have an International Business degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I am currently working as a budget and operations analyst for a large industrial lighting company. I do mostly economic forecasting and financial analysis, hence my interest in your corporation. I also passed the series 7 so I am a registered stock broker. I worked as a broker for 3 months but did not like that environment.
My Eve background:
I played Eve all throughout beta, but never bought the game when it came out. Back then I felt like the game had too many bugs and exploits to make it fun. I came back on the trial offer and I am loving it.
Why your corp?
I dislike having to deal with immaturity, which is why I left the likes of DaoC and Everquest. Eve is a more mature game and your corp is a very mature corp. I am sick of l33ts and d00dz and instead I would like to use my RL knowledge in economics and finance to work with likeminded people in a great virtual universe. For me it's a great link between two hobbies of mine.
I am looking forward to hearing from all of you! Give me a chance, you won't regret it! Have a great day!
Hi Fauna! Thanks for the interest in TTI. I can't give you a solid answer on the recruitment link... it may be bugged. Hang in there, it'll get sorted out. If you want, send me your e-mail address in-game (to Renault of TTI) and I'll pass it along to the HR department later tonight. Then they can directly mail you the info.
