Such sweet irony

TTI is known for its intellectuals. This is a place for thinkers to gather and exchange quotes, thoughts, or other topics that might not appeal to the average gamer.

Such sweet irony

Post by Mustafa »

I think this screenshot taken just a few moments ago speaks volumes. It's so funny how the major detractor of the old TTI is in bed with the two most heinous pirate corps in the game, m00 and evol. Too funny for words. I'd love to hear what Jade has to say about this matter.

post this photo in he Eve forums, t the flame fest begin, and please if you can recover one of those threads from the past where Jade reviles pirates and calls TTI a "pirate-lover". I don't mind turncoats, i mean, this game is prime material for the act of treason, what is funny is people that justify their actions and then prove themselves wrong teh next day.

I think it is time we get some PR work against these people and for Curse, any bufoon can see that these people are paper thin.

Hehe yeah, that will make for some good PR stuff. But it wont mean anything that everyone in CA are pirates anyway.

Oh and you can add Techell Corp to M0o supporters, you know that large production corp that is anti-pirate.

Hay, hay, hay.... we will NOT be bringing up TTI's past. We've worked to fucking hard to leave it behind us... let it be.

It's fitting enough that she is allying with pirates... TTI does not need to start anything on the my-eve boards.

I think m0o aren't quite pirates either, they have never held anyone up and they don't give a shit about looting anything. They want to kill people and blow shit up, that is all. There is no financial motive or reason behind their desire to do this.

MOo never held anyone up...? They have vids on their website showing just that... some guy in his Raven holding up miner after miner. Right after I first joined TTI, and we were moving down to TPAR, a mOo guy held me up at a blockade... I still remember his name... Negotiator!

M0o doesnt hold ppl up. Your experience was during an attack on a station where M0o slaughtered thier enemy, right? They dont 'hold' ppl up, they slaughter them.

Its your majical charisma and tavereen qualities that made M0o speak with you before blowing you up. Even to get them to begin negotiating... wow you must have super mind waves of influence.

Nope, I wasn't attacking a station. I was in an indy for christ's sake... I had just entered 0.0 and didn't really know what I was doing, sure, but they still held me up. First they blew up my ship, then they tried to ransom my pod. Implant money, I guess. I gave them the finger.

They posted a movie of their pirating exploits on the forums (it's even called pirating.mov) and I have it saved on my HD. I can upload it if anyone wants proof, I suppose... BobGhengisKhan and some buddies holding up miner after miner... they fly into a field, get the miners down to like 20% hull, and then ask millions for their ship.

My bad. i remember the TPAR debacle. It was good mining near that system...

I think what we're saying is that M0o enjoys ganking. They enjoy attacking for no reason, not even for money. So them forcing ppl to pay them... its not thier favored thing to do.

For the record: m00 started off in EVE as a pure-pirate corp, locking people down and then demanding isk and then blowing the people up if they tried to run and taking the loot.

Evol on the other hand, used to profess that they were "anti-pirate" and would use that as an excuse to go blow up whoever they chose to (TTI being a big target in venal days).

But yes, now m00 doesn't bother with classic pirating. They just blow up everyone that they aren't allied with, aka whoever they damn well please lol.

I'd love to use an alt and post with that picture on the myeve forum...nothing would get back to TTI, it'd just point out the fact that Jade had such a huge campaign against "taggart transpiratical" and yet they are allied with pirates atm....but I won't do it if u don't want it brought up Gunny. I'd just love to see her response to such a thread....oh man that would be a kodak moment :)

It'd get back to TTI, it always does, and just because you'll post with an alt doesn't mean that it wouldn't. These forums are public after all, and people check them.

Personaly, I could care less if it was linked back to us. We arn't the one fighting along side M0o after all.

Well, this is the general discussion board open to all, so if anyone should post anything everyone will assume that its a TTi alt now won't they. I wouldnt be surprised if she popped in here and replied to your thread, which I am not at all really looking forward to.

It probably would be a good idea to not post anything like that on the Eve forums. Period. Let history rest in peace, and quietly bathe in the irony of JFs new bedfellows. ;)

You don't work for me anymore and can do what you will... I'd rather you let it be tho as it does effect us.

500 (non-exsistant ones) vote Nay. You just know everyone's gonna come out of the woodwork.

"Can't let the past rest, eh TTI?" is one thing I can see coming. I think it would be a lot wiser to just not post anything, if you still love us Mustafa :) (or anyone else for that matter)

I won't say anything on MyEVE, I just hope that Jade in all her bullshittiness decides to reply to this thread; I think it'd be hilarious how she'd try to defend their actions. Hypocrisy is so great.
