Have been told my answers to the questions were a little short and that i need to expand on my ideas more hmm...maybe i was just givinf TTi a taster to see if they would be interested in me! It seems that way but who knows...how many applications have been successful and how many unsuccessful, as a percentage of all applications?

TTI's been around since early Beta, so we've recieved quite a few applications. We don't keep stats on how many we accept and how many we reject. We don't really care what the percentage is, all we are concerned with is the caliber of the aplicants. If you are interested in us, we are interested in you. All applicants are givin the same thorough evaluation and if accepted are givin the same level of mentorship and corp resonsibility to start. Those who shine are given more. Those who fade are givin none. We are very interested in getting to know you. If you are not willing to put the time in to write up some information about yourself we are forced to conclude that you are not taking this aplication, nor your potential membership in TTI, very seriously. I hope that you resubmit and I look forward to reading your aplication.

Good luck with your application Davad. The advice I can recommend is to take time on thinking your answers through, and try and submit a well thought out and reasoned answer. It doesnt matter if your line of thinking takes you somewhat off-tangent, as the questions can sometimes be ambiguous and require rounded answers.
In any case, I'm sure that with the proper consideration of our application form, you should suceed in recruitment.

This quote from Ayn Rand seems to have stuck out for me...maybe its the idea that leaders shouldnt JUST be followed like a cop to a villian but there should be a bigger relationship going on between them.
