Greetings! How is TTI these days? How's EVE?!

TTI is known for its intellectuals. This is a place for thinkers to gather and exchange quotes, thoughts, or other topics that might not appeal to the average gamer.

Im not sure if anyone here remembers me anymore. I used to be in TTI since the beta phase and release (not very long after release tho).

I never was the most active guy out there before I desided to quit EVE for the time beeing. I left a little before Ragnar announced his 'thing'. ;)

How are things these days? When I left, TTI seemed to be hated by 95% of the population (if you listened the board trolls). Life in general was pretty hard up in Venal those days. Are you still there btw? Who'se the m0o now or is it still up and running? ;)

Has EVE changed from those days? Anything positive, negative...?

Well, I just wanted to drop in and say hi. I especially miss all the Akston guys. Murray, Andian and others. :)

hey tumo, not sure if you will remember me, i was in from long ago (didn't do beta, but was onboard since September 2002). Eve has changed a lot. TTi has been in a rebuilding phase after Rag left and many people have gone inactive. I wonder where murray and his peeps ended up, but the hate has dimished and now with a new patch for tech 2 we are expecting a lot to change. Not bad times to tell you the truth. Ark and Spodumain are going to be reintroduced!

Perhaps we need to start an "Taggart Old Timers" group.

Tumo, it is probably worth having another look at eve now. The long awaited tech 2 patch goes in on monday 15th and it should (hopefully) revitalise a lot of the gameplay.
And count me in as an ancient. Got my beta accounts in October/November 2002 and joined TTI in January.
I actually had an invite for stage 1 of the beta in August 2002 but i was on holiday at the time and did not get the chance to respond in time and so my invitation lapsed.

If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway.

Hey guys how are you all doing ?

I had sold my eve account a while back.

I till pop in here the odd time.

Playing horizons with Tynan (any of you remember him ) Tynan started his own guild http://www.mistwalkers.net/ were having fun.

Hopefully horizons delivers or WOW will be the next one we probably move to. If EVE finally comes out with the features they promised at release you may see me make a return. (my freind has two account and he has said he would just give me one )

Yes we could also be considered old timers heh.

keep me posted on Wow derek, we might have a TTi branch there, interesting applying our technocrat minds to a fantasy game like that.

Yeah, i got involved in eve in august 2002 with a corporation called United Celestain Federation. It was led by Loki and had about 102 members at a time (before beta). But then it imploded. So Yoshi, Deth, Da_Man and I joined TTi. It feels like it was years ago that happened. So much has been going on...

Hopefully Tech2 revitalizes the old guard to get reinvolved in TTi and Eve. I would love to see our corp take up some old schoolers and some new blood at the same time, it would be great.
