No, it was either made in the editing software used (Adobe Premier) or in Macromedia Flash and overlayed in Adobe Premier or which ever editing software was used.

Yeah it looked like it was added. Schucks that thing looked useful, also after rewatching and focusing on the overlay there were some messages that....well.....yeah it was overlaid hehe
