Good News - I just recieved the keys to the office and noticed the stack of applications almost 2(mistake - read few posts down)a little over 1 month old I will be going through these and running them through the process.

Abosolutely right, you are. The Email from hotmail threw me off, it was dated June 7, which I mistook as an application. The earliest is June 20, making it only 1 month old. Please forgive... honest mistake. I'm still a bit overwhelmed, as I've never seen myself undertaking such a task like this.
