Hello All

Post by z0rkita »

After seeing an add in the recruitment channel I check out your website and feel that this corp would work well for my play style. I recently started playing eve with a group of friends who formed a corp. Being the only member interested in mining/industrial I found that I was often losing money to the "greater good" of the corp. The idea of spending my time and effort to mine and manufacture items, then just give them away(as was asked of me) did not appeal me. So I've left their corp and was thinking of just playing alone as that suites my life/work schedule best until I saw the ad for this corp in the recruitment channel.

Enough back story in my eve experience. I'm a 25 year old male, living in the LA area. I currently work as a linux system administrator, for a mid sized shopping website.

Welcome to the TTI forums Zork. Good luck on your application.

BTW ever heard of the Comador 64 game named Zork?
Keep your sharpened steel sword, this wooden one will be all I need!

The text based ones were kinda fun. I think I only ever beat Zork Nemesis though. It was a 3d one I think.

The best text based game is "Nethack". I still have it on my linux server.

If Tolmart doesn't have it in stock, you get a free shuttle!
(Must be something with a BPO cost of less than 20 mil. One shuttle a day and per an item.)

I have not only heard of it, but beat it many times. It is by far my all time favorite game series. Except the graphical one(s?), they should have never put pictures to that game.

EDIT: It goes back alot further than the C64.
