My name is Andrew. I'm a returning player from a year ago. In EVE, my favorite character is named Lakche, with an otherwise embarrassingly low amount of skill points if I were the type to get embarrassed over this. I like to believe I have adequately paced reflexes, and the patience to do well in this game.
Now that we've all met, I'd like to note what an interesting board this is. It's a rare chance that leads me to information I can at once abhor and agree with. Frankly, I am slightly humbled as rust shakes from some derelict gears in my noggin', that I feared were to be put away for good.
I've mixed feelings about whether this corporation and I will get along; my own personal judgment is that freewill and individuality are a hindrance to objectivity--clearly a clash with some of the sacred ideals in these parts. My own personal course is to attempt to try it out, and observe what happens. In that respect, it's my intention to submit an application shortly.
If nothing else, I have no plans of returning to my corporation of yore, good-hearted and generous as they were, and the useless drivel that spews forth from the proud members Caldari Provisions [CP] makes my eyes bleed. So, I look forward to learning more about all of you!

That's what you get when individuality is put down.Lakche wrote:... and the useless drivel that spews forth from the proud members Caldari Provisions [CP] makes my eyes bleed. So, I look forward to learning more about all of you!

"Objectivism is not only true, it is great! Why? Because of the volitional work a mind must have performed to reach for the first time so exalted a level of truth—and because of all the glorious effects such knowledge will have on man’s life, all the possibilities of action it opens up for the future." -- Leonard Peikoff
