Good evening,
I am Kith Kikkoman, a very recent addition to the EVEverse, and so far enjoying several aspects of it, in particular, the fact that I've been able to do what I want on my own terms, and so long as i'm intelligent about it, and wary, I'm left alone. That has lead me to believe my first career should be made in mining. Mining also can be performed alongside (in a second monitor,) my work, and allows for other multitasking such as reading up on the nuances of EVE. I am Caldari Achura, I have a very strong belief in personal freedoms, privacy, success by hard work, and merit through perserverance. Ayn Rand is a role model and was a true visionary, and I'm sad to say that I live in a country that is quickly moving away from her ideals, and away from "reason" as a whole. Nothing disgusts me so much as those who anticipate a handout, or feel entitled to be handed their desires on a platter without having worked for them, and the smug certainty that the socialist and communistic masses walk about with infuriates me. I was raised to believe that if you want something, work for it, and if you succeed, its because you worked hard enough, and you can always achieve more if you try harder. On the subject of RL, I am a network and systems engineer for arguably the largest telecommunications and entertainment provider in my country, I am an old school Federalist disgusted with the direction of RL politics, and foremost a proud father of two. One of my children is special needs, and I am a single father, and my career requires night work and travel without warning. Therefore I also need a corp that will be understanding that I cannot always meet mandatory meetings, nor regularly attend events, as much as I might like to. My children will always come first, then work and my success in my career, then games. I believe from what I've read yours is a corp that not only would understand that, but respect it as a core principle that you encourage.
I hope you will entertain the possibility of allowing me entry. I make no promises other than I will expect little apart from guidance from the corp, and will try to master this game.

My introduction
Give a man a fish and he's going to count on you doing it again. Teach him to fish and he's more likely to leave you the hell alone.
Re: My introduction
