My name should be self-evident. I first acquired my pilot's license in 2006 and have played sporadically, subscribing one or two months at a time, since then. Recently I've grown bored of farming ridiculous quantities of gold from the auction house in WoW and moved on to a -real- market like in EVE. There are no magic bullets for making ISK like there are for gold in WoW. I respect that, and so in order to build my assets and my experience, I've been running a great number of missions. I believe that I have pursued this to near its limit (or the limits of my patience, take your pick), and the logical progression for a PvE and industrial-minded player seems to be to move into either incursions or wormhole space. I like the 'frontier' feel of wormholes, but realize that I need a competent corporation at my back, which brings me to you folks. I don't mind PvP, but my idea of fun is not playing docking games with griefing wardeccers in Empire - which is really all of my PvP experience to date. I'm entirely willing to run a cutthroat defense of assets actually worth defending, like WH installations.
(Redacted: Skills)
I'm a lifelong gamer, and I love the EVE setting but past subscriptions have lapsed due to lack of involvement in any communities. I think that Taggart will provide an interesting community and a great venue for expanding my experience and skills in EVE.
