Howdy everybody,
First off, I'm 39 & live in Mobile. I work about 50 hrs a week usually. I've been playing EVE for a couple of months now, muddling my way through stuff, reading the chat channels mostly to try to pick things up on the go. I rly enjoy the concept of skilling up in realtime, so that was one perk in EVE that caught my attention. I'm not new to MMOs in general. My 1st was Star Wars Galaxies, crafting was my joy in that game. The bulk of my experience for the past years has been tanking in World of Warcaft for lack of something more enjoyable to play. I stumbled across the EVE trial a few months back and I play it now whenever I can.
I know it's a lengthy process to get up to par with the high end content, I've got no problem with that. But what I do need in this game is an atmosphere where I can learn, grow & find challenging things to encounter. My skill base at present is pretty broad atm, I'm like a kid at the candystore with new skills "ooooohhhhh ahhhhh" yknow. I've rly gotten to enjoy exploring & been running lvl 3 missions in caldari space atm.
Current ship atm is a Drake, passive tank setup usually, almost at astrogeology 4 for a retriever, so if i need to mine something boom there it is. Debating a 2nd account atm, but figured I'd better get the 1st one rolling 1st heh.
I'm respectful of others, albeit sarcastic sometimes, If I don't know something I won't pretend I do. That's me in a nutshell.
