Greetings Old Friends

Hello old friends at TTI!
Just stopping by to see how everyone is doing. I've been out of the game for almost six months now and haven't really been keeping track of whats going on. I've thought of playing again and thought I'd check in with TTI and see whats changed in the universe.
I hope you are all doing well and more importantly having fun with Eve. How has the Castor patch worked out? Tech II? All the wars are they over? How is Yosh doing in the AF?
So many questions its nice to say hello again though. I've been busy with my return to school (I was hurt last fall at work - broken back) playing 40 yr old college student. Things are going well and I'll finish the program I'm in in December. I'll be starting up a medical billing and consulting company at that point (round three of "own my own company"). I guess the "Atlas Shrugged" bug never leaves some of us.
Anyway I just wanted to say hello and see how everyone is doing. For you new TTI members I was an old beta player who was a VP at TTI before leaving to start my own company. I was originally asked to take the reigns from Ragnar when he planned his departure but I'm somewhat of a "carebear" (well more then somewhat) and enjoy making money and building things over combat. That wasn't the situation then so I respectfully declined and left instead.
After leaving I moved into the CFS and eventually became the CFS Vice President before leaving Eve due to personal issues last fall (burn out and stress - this game can do it to you).
So stop by and say hello and let me know how everything is going. I'm interested in hearing from you.

Hey Cal!
Thanks for stopping by and sharing! Good to hear from you. Ragnar is still around these forums planning his own game's development. PM Omni to get in touch with him. He's continuing Randism through other games too. Taggart has been through a down after Ragnar left and now climbing back up. GunnyP is adapting Taggart to best take advantage of EVE's rules, which tend to favor strong combatants now with Castor and further with the next patch coming. Taggart has around 100 members listed now after a cull of inactives. Might want to talk with Gunny directly about re-joining.

Heya Cal (and everyone else too!)
Hope you remember me. I too fell off the face of the earth, err EVE. I think it was sometime in October when I disappeared. My job turned into a complete nightmare from about that time through Christmas, and I had no time to play EVE, and SWG, and Galactic Civilizations, and NWN.
So I cut back to the single player version of the latter two, whenever I could (which was not much).
Now I am just as busy, but my focus is more outside the gaming world and the business world (I am an accountant by trade) than inside (two word translation = a girlfriend). I do miss the online gaming environment, and as soon as the puppy love settles and I organize my life a bit, y'all may see me back plying the empty space of the EVE Universe.
I do still lurk about on these boards as well as the 90% spinorama gobledegook of the EVE Boards, so I know of TTI's recent successes. Gunny and everyone else who stuck it out: hats off to ya for leading TTI out of difficult times. Good luck to ya in the future.

Hiya Calladen,
Good to hear from you again.
Not sure if you remember me (TTI-KME), but myself, Shar Tegral, and Seizo are still going strong in NUMI.
Here's a shout to all those that do remember

Aye all it's Yoshi!
Long time no see eh?
Welp, that's because I'm still in fucking United States Air Force Basic Training. Why? Three words: multiple stress fractures. In my foot to be exact. At anyrate, I've been off my feet for the last four months in mini-basic w/o the physical conditioning.
For those who don't remember who I am... ask Gunny, it's a long long story. I've been around for a while, and a lot of things even Gunny wasn't there for, but hey...
Not really in TTI anymore, haven't had a chance to keep up with stuff due to the lack of TV/internet/anything beside snail mail in BMT. Those BMT rules are all well and good for the 6.5 weeks of normal BMT but for 4 months?...... it sorta sucks.
Anyway, I'll be graduating probably the end of June/beginning of July. It's gonna be sweet to go to Keesler AFB (Biloxi, Miss) and have my freedom again. I'll be on the internet on a regular basis then. The only reason I'm online today is because my bro drove all the way from Connecticut to San Antonio to see me for a weekend. I'm not quite an Airman yet, just a Trainee still, but hey, it's been totally worth it and despite that 4 months of waking up at 0430 each morning to Revelle after pulling a 2 hour dorm guard shift sucks, the lifestyle I've seen of the operational AF here is totally kick ass.
That said, week after next I'm being automatically promoted to E-3 (Airman First Class) in pay grade as per my enlistment contract due to my Time-In-Service, so I get a nice big raise for that, but I can't sew on my two stripes until I graduate. :: shrug ::
The medical care of the military is godly, I love it here, and being on Lackland and having Wilford Hall Medical Center (the best hospital/clinic in the USAF) kicks ass for service. I haven't paid a dime for food/med care since December, heh.
So anyway hopefully by July I'll be back in the real world and we can all Ventrillo again like in the olden days of TTI. If you were wondering, there is zero chance of me returning to EVE, heh.
I'll probably be on later, so add me to your contact lists, adamage69 on AIM. I'm heading out to go to the other side of the base for religious education so I can get away from these damn Airman who've been here 6.5 weeks and they're all the shit that are swamping the trainee side of the base right now since they just graduated.
Until then all.
AB Yoshi

Hey guys
I want in this retired member group too!
Some of you may remember me. I'm also an old timer from beta TTI days (and release as well).
