While my character name is "Titania Goblin", as requested in the recruitment guidelines, I'm better known as Gevlon, the blogger of greedygoblin.blogspot.com. I play EVE since February after leaving WoW where I had a guild built mostly on Objectivist rules. Unfortunately WoW is very closely governed by the devs who are clearly socialists, using their "god"-power to give out freebies to everyone who cares to log in, making any kind of effort waste of time. I started EVE after learning that the devs here are much more "hands off" allowing the players to shape their world and force them to live with the consequences of their actions.

My "main", Gevlon Goblin is and will forever be in NPC corporation trading in Jita, with supporting alts distributing the wares in the other hubs. Trading pays well. Like 1.5B/day. This allowed me to start accounts for the purpose of living in WH or null. Trading in highsec, profiting on the lazyness and dumbness of others is good way to earn pixel money but clearly won't shape the universe. My purpose of playing is to influence the philosophy of people in the real life, driving them away from collectivist-socialist nonsense. I wish to prove them that selfishness isn't destructive, businessmen are not thieves or evil conspirators and above all that any of them could be rich if they would have the right mindset. To prove this, I wish that these ideas would shape the universe of EVE Online.

Now, when my first WH/null character, Titania Goblin is closing to maturation (5.3M SP, 1 month away from flying her first target ship, a logistics), I started to look for a WH/null corporation that fits the above ideas the best. Well, TTI seems like an obvious first choice. I would like to join with her, and her supporting scout/cyno pilot. Later (like several months later, when he can fly it) my Rorqual pilot can join.

I will start my application process but I'd like to ask a quick question now: shield or armor logistic ship is rather needed in your corporation? I will remap to P/W in days and focus on that logi first. This question probably tells both my utter inexperience to WH mechanics, but I believe it's better ask and learn than stay silent and remain dumb.

In-game search gives 400 results for the name "Goblin" so Titania Goblin both links to my blog but doesn't bring obvious attention. This was done to allow the corporation I'm in to choose if my membership shall be made open on my blog. I can talk openly (therefore recruit) or can just say "the corp I'm in" without bringing ganker attention.

I tried to join the mailing list "Taggart Recruiting" just as Step 3 of the Recruiting Policy says. However nothing happened when I pressed "join". However it allowed me to create it.

Am I doing something wrong, or the channel is mistyped (I copy-pasted in the form quoted above)? I deleted my mailing list version of course.

Ah, our HR director recently changed the recruitment mailing list. The new list is named "TTI Recruitment". Apparently we didn't update all references to the old one yet.
