Dear TTI members,

I've just applied to TTI and I hope I will be joining your ranks soon.

A little info on myself:

I'm a Computer Science major at University of Wales Swansea, South Wales, UK.

I have a lot of IRC experience operating and maintaining IRC servers, so if the corp. needs another hand at handling this, give me a holler =)

Also, if someone could invite me into #tti-eve on irc.stratics.com - it appears to be +i. Thanks!

I'm looking forward to working with you all. My interests are trading and PVP, but as I'm still a rather new player(only 2 weeks of playing), I hope I will improve over time.

Regards,

dough.

Oh, yes, my nickname on irc is: dough- (with the added dash) as someone else has claimed my 'real' nickname.

Thanks!

I hate to say it but we don't really use IRC anymore - it got squeezed out between the in-game chat (now they have better passwording and invite-only channels) and the universal adoption of Teamspeak for voice comms.

Anyway, to apply you need to send an email to taggartnow@hotmail.com. You'll get a reply with a few questions to answer. If your application passes you'll be joined to the corp ingame shortly after.

Good luck :).

Hi Mark,

Thank you for telling me about that. I applied yesterday by e-mail but have not as of yet received a reply.

Should I resend?

Give it a couple of days. Post here again if you still don't hear back.

Hi Mark,

I still haven't received a reply; I fear my mail may not have come through.

Should I re-send my e-mail?

Oh, also: I've looked in the in-game channel 'taggart', but there's never anyone there.

Sending the email again wouldn't hurt. Our HR guy is away and it looks like the backup isn't running as smoothly as it should.

No problem, Mark. If you like, I could e-mail it to you and we could handle this on MSN or something.
