Hi, my EvE name is Sulten and I have been checking out the TTI website for a few days as well as the forums. I had been playing EVE for about a month and a half when I got deployed to the middle east, where i am now.
My Question is to put in an application do I need to be able to have access to my account? I will not be home untill the middle of september, and cannot access EVE from where I am. Why do I want to apply when I cant play you may be asking, well if the application process is as long as I think it is I want to get it done by the time I get home, so I can jump right into "it" so to speak.

You can certainly send in an application now, and officially join Taggart later.

However, we're not going anywhere, so don't feel pressured to join right now :)

It's your choice, we don't have a problem with either.

Good luck, and thank you for picking Taggart.

If you can get in game at any point before September, join the Taggart in-game channel and you will find a few TTI members that you can talk to.

dough's right, you certainly may apply now, and join our happy crew in or out of game, anytime. To start the application process, just send an email, perhaps with the basic information-format already filled out, to: taggartnow@hotmail.com

Thank you for your interest. :)

thanks, I had a few questions that i didnt really get answered in the FAQ. Are there any group activities that can help me earn isk, or do all group activity profits go to TTI? Also I understand that by joining TTI I get a few perks, but what I am unclear on is, and i know this sound bad but, What exactly can I get from joining TTI, what can TTI do for me? The reason I ask is that I have checked other alliances and they say, protection and maybe when you have been in awhile you will get a free ship. Now I do not what hand outs, I want to earn a ship, thats what made me look at TTI your doctrain says we will not give you a ship we will help you earn one, teach me to fish rather than give me one, which I like. so bassically im wondering how? Say if we are mining in a group for example, does half go to the Corp the onther get divided up? Any info you can give would be great.

hello good morning sulten,
Are there any group activities that can help me earn isk, or do all group activity profits go to TTI?
the most common form of group stuff is strip mining ops. we dont mine a few rocks, we mine entire systems. for the most part we devide the profit on a percentage basis. sometime when we mine low end stuff we will donate the entire haul to the corp to help speed up the process of building ships. we mine everything from low end veldspar to high end arkonor.

our current goal is to get each member into a apocolypse battle ship, or another battle ship of that members choice. we are doing this based on merit. meaning if you dont help out, dont say anything, dont help fight, ect, ect, then it will be awhile till you get yers. also the executives, for the most part, get thiers last.

the other perks would be mentoring where a old salt would help the new guy with suggesstions on skills, ships, trade. i think the general consensus is to help the new guys into a better ship as quickly as possible. the better the ship the more profitable you can be. we would also try to teach you how to fight, how to survive in eve, how to kick ass on our enemies.

sincerely

Yes, I get asked that alot. 5-6 years ago I was playing a game called
Planetarion, and you have to have a ruler and planet name. After alot of research I founf Sulten means Hungry in Norweigion I think it was, and my planet name was Sundry which one of its meanings is small meats. Sulten of Sundry was born (Hungry for Small Meats). The only bad part about that name is every so often someone will start talking to me in that laugage and Im sitting there like  .

lostchylde, thanks for that info. Helped alot.
