My RL name is Dan, and my Eve name is Segmentation Fault. I just started playing Eve, and have been researching corps to join. TTI looks like a good corp; I especially like its mentoring program. The world of Eve can be quite large and confusing to a noob I also like the fact that there are members of the US military in this corp -- I am a member of the USAF.

The web pages recommend trying to meet some members online, both on IRC and in-game chat. What is the name of TTI's in-game chat channel? I also read about going to the TTI "office" at one of the stations in-game to pick up work. Does this apply to those that are not members of the corp, or is this for corporate members only?
