I'm asking because I was just blown up without cause by one of your members. I wasn't in Curse or even near one of the major alliances. I was minding my own business. No not Calladen but my alt who is in a very respected non-alliance corporation (probably Eve's most respected corp according to a survey once done on the eve forums).

I think its sad the person then gave the LAMEST excuse I've ever heard for pirating someone. In fact this is simply a case of non-contact griefing just to blow the hell out of no one for shits and giggles. I mean there is no other explanation.

I know TTI joined CA and I know the general repuration of CA as pirates. Still given TTI's history with pirates and gankers (and griefers) I guess I'm just a little amazed they've stooped to this level. I'm also a little saddend that what was once Eve's largest and most respected corporation is now no better then any other pirate corp.

Even though he was born Caldari I have seen him cleaning the fedo's off his ship numerous times.

You should know the rules Calladen, if you anywhere out side of Empire or even is some "safe places" in empire these days, you're going to get shot. If a fact of life in Eve. I'm sure you also know that CA shoot at, and get shots, at just about everyone. It's just part of doing business in 0.0, if you don't strick first, you are the first to get struck. Does that make us pirats or gankers? No, I don't think it does but that's my opion.

I did leave for about four months. Then I created a new character to join an empire rp corp. I'm having a blast. My little forray into 0.0 space reminds me why I never liked the antics of those who wont even RP pirates but instead RP serial killers.

Other then that I'm doing pretty well. My bad back is still bad so I went back to school in January (find a new career). I'm hoping to start a medical billing company within 2-3 years. I developed colon cancer early this year and have had two rounds of chemo so that "sucks". All in all though I'm pretty good now.

How is Gunny doing? I know he was going thru some stuff earlier?

My heart is cool... still working out the details (I don't think running distance is in my future, which the Marines are not happy about... F'em), but I'll live a happy and healthy life.

I have met a wonderful girl in my RL, my daughter is in Kindergarten, I'm working hard to finish my college degree before I retire from the Marines in 1.5 years and life is generally great.

With all that going on I have with heavy heart (no pun intended ) just stepped down as CEO of Taggart... Mark A has just taken over... you should shoot him a "congrats" e-mail...

It's a little hard to comment on the incident if you don't say who got ganked, by whom, and where. As a rule anyone in Curse space that's not CA is KOS, and we're at war with most of the other alliances so they are all KOS anywhere anytime also. However ganking neutral corps in neutral space shouldn't happen, although it's rare that that situation presents itself.

Sucks about TTI gankin ya, but I guess that's the way it goes in the modern state of things. I'm happily playing GTA: SA right now in Tech School. EVE is most def not on the RADAR.

In other news man, I'm up for a Long Tour at Yokota AB in Tokyo starting in Feb, so I'm pretty psyched. Oh ya, I graduated BMT finally too.
