Hello, I came across your corporation randomly, through checking offices at the station I was in. I am currently looking for employement and had some questions first.

1) Is Taggart Transdimensional an RP corporation?
2) Would a non-Randist (not myself, but a friend) probably feel uneasy in your guild, or does corp chatter mostly discuss mundane stuff most of the time?
3) You seem to be a Caldari guild (though I found your office located in a Minmitar Parliament building), so would being Minmatar be out-of-place?

No we are not a Role Playing corporation

That would depend upon your friend and his perspective of life. Not all members of TTI have read Rand's work so probably wouldn't describe themselves Randist. TTI does recruit mature self-motivated players who generally favor a meritocracy. We currently operate our own POS in 0.0, have two members on the [5] Alliance top 10 kill board etc etc. If being part of a experienced mature corporation interests him then he would probably like TTI. If he wants to smack talk in local and pirate newbees then TTI probably isn't the place for him.

Not at all. TTI was one of the first corporations formed back in the Beta days of EVE. Many things have changed since then and we have a diverse group of people.
