Another Hello

Hey again gang!

Surfing the web I thought I'd stop by and see how you guys are doing on destroying the world of EVE. Hopefully all is well.

Still in Japan myself. It's not all it's cracked up to be, but it's an experience nonetheless.

Hopefully the Taggart name still means something. I'm curious how things are going in the land of EVE. I've bounced around the idea of returning to the game once and a while and thought I'd try to get an update on the state of things from someone oldschool enough to remember the EVE I played.

And why the domain move?

Hey there, not quite the oldschooler you're looking for but I might be able to answer some of the questions anyway :).

Eve is good, still reeling from the lag introduced in Exodus. It has gotten better, now you only really expect it in the hub systems and during big fights. The next patch which is coming some time this month is introducing masses of content. titans, motherships, carriers are all making an appearence along with another 30 or so new ships. There are also hundreds of new additions in other fields.

From what I understand the site was hit with a worm that was used against it awhile before.

We unfortunately lost the taggarttransdimensional.com domain due to it being 'jacked' by domain farmers after it expired without being renewed. I believe DM said he would handle the renewal a while before it was due to expire, but obviously something went wrong somewhere. Anyway, after some help from Activor and a complete site & forum code fixing session by yours truly, we got everything back up again on the tti.naut.org domain.

As for EVE, it's still getting better and better imo. I'm sure you'll find a LOT has changed since you last played, too much to mention really, this game really is continuously evolving. When the RMR patch hits sometime later this month we'll be up to 199 pilotable ships, including a variety of huge Capital-class ships. I'd recommend you check out the EVE website for all the stuff they have planned for Red Moon Rising.

Anyway, if you do decide to get your account running again, drop me, Mark or Alaph Force a line and we'll get you back into TTi asap. 8)

Hay Yosh, good to see you.

As for the move, datacities seemed to drop the ball. The transpher never went fully thru, even though i emailed them a buch of time asking for asstaince and got no response. Pissed me off too because they took $10 bucks from my accont too. I've tryed emailed the "new" owner of the domain to buy it back, be he/she has not returned my emails.

Hey Guys.

This is kinda funny, because I just decided to peruse the forums today, and leave a "hello gang" message. But I see that Yoshokun has already done that. It is good to see that Taggart still exists. I got kind of scared when the old domain wasn't working anymore, but Google quickly pointed me in the right direction.

How is everyone? Gunny, nice to see you are still running the corp!

So what is new at Taggart? How is it doing? How many members have you guys got?

Hey Gunny, how you been? Sorry for the lack of contact - between the USAF and getting married I've been pretty busy. I'm sure you know how it is.

Drop me a PM with contact info and I'll give you a call sometime. =D

As for TTI, where does it sit in the strata of corps now in EVE?
