Hi,
(I'm a friend of Olex).
If anyone in this corp has a bpo for any of the tech 2 mining crystals I would give quite a lot for a copy of it.

I don't have any. And there might be a fundamental issue with your request, (though I don't have specific experience with T2 mining crystals). For other T2 modules the time and cost associated with copying is much greater than the time and cost for building. And because of this the market price for finished units is a value. The costs to build from copies would be far higher, than market.
My suggestion is to locate and buy the BPO if you desire to have the fixed capacity to build, or to arbitrage from the existing supply in the market.

I agree, I'd much rather have a bpo. I simply doubt that anyone would sell me one. But I will just keep on looking.

Plus the cost would be in the 10s of billions.

Right locating the BPO takes a good deal of effort and luck and then you have to have lots of isk to buy it – and hope you don’t get scammed.
and the BPC route would cost more than the crystals themselves.
So this leaves option #3 buy the crystals in a market where they are plentiful and distribute them to locations where they are in short supply. You might even be able to negotiate a volume price with your supplier. This would be most efficient; of course this would best be done with a freighter since crystals have such high volume.
