Hello,
I'm a prospective member snooping around the boards here and figured I should drop the obligatory introductory note..
Game-wise, I've played games online for about ten years now, starting with the original Air Warrior, Multiplayer Battletech: Solaris, and GemStone III back on AOL in '96. After GemStone left AOL in the Summer of '97, I geared up for Ultima Online, which came out that Fall. I played a lot of the games on the now-defunct GameStorm, which was a great deal of fun in its heydey (anyone remember MageStorm?). After that, games came and went in a much quicker fashion, but I've played pretty much all of the big brand names and many of the smaller ones. Aside from GemStone III, EvE has held my attention longer than any other. In EvE, I've had just about every career possible outside of piracy. Currently, I manufacture and sell various and sundry items and occasionally play the market arbitrage game when I have the time.
Life-wise, I'm rather busy, which limits my game time. I work as an internal auditor in a financial institution and am currently a graduate student pursuing my MBA.
