Introduction /Sinu Modifications

TTI is known for its intellectuals. This is a place for thinkers to gather and exchange quotes, thoughts, or other topics that might not appeal to the average gamer.

Introduction /Sinu Modifications

Post by Ejinsu »

Hello,

My in game name is Ejinsu, but i prefer to be called Ejin. Currently i am starting my own Corp named Sinu Modifications and i am hoping to become an asset in your alliance. I have already submitted my 3 question app to your email. I had planned on posting here last night but in the end i just spent my time pouring over the posts on here. Very impressive website. If you have a question for me, please ask. Im not one for offering up pointless information about myself just for the sake of filler to make myself look good. At this point in Eve i have grown tired of the thieves and power mongers who continue to try to tell me that their goals in game are what i need in order to survive. Yeah right. Do not be fooled by the age of my toon. My creation date is sometime in 2005 but this was a toon that i had created then and then had to stop playing to focus on school.(Although i must say it works well as a shield when im rolling solo around 0.0) ATM i only have around 6 mill SP, mostly in combat skills, and i am currently working on the industry side. I build Energy grid rigs and small ships and am planning on expanding the rig production to its fullest extent. Ive found this to be very profitable. Ill be checking back on the forums and will be in the Taggart chan. when online. Speak with you all sooner than later i hope...

Welcome to the VOS forums Ejin.

Are you seeking to bring your entire corp into the alliance, or just a toon into TTI? The criteria for admission differ depending upon your goals.

Roughly how many actives does Sinu Modifications have? Would you say the main corp. focus is manufacturing like yourself?

What sort of subjects do (did) you study in school? Most of our members may share some common ground with you on the education front.

Thanks Musashi, in answer to your questions, I am seeking to bring my entire corp into VoS, although the whole of my corp population is about 3 of us...lol. We all are very active, minus one of us whom has some wife aggro atm that he needs to deal with currently but he is there when it counts. Yes the corps main focus is industrial. I am transferring my personal business (Rig production) to my corp business since I have seen a nice turn in profits to my own wallet. I decided to apply to VoS rather than to TTI in order to retain a corporate identity that is my own.
when I was a student I studied IT/networking/security, but I am no longer in school and im having a rough time leaving my little slice of paradise here in the mountains of Montana to get a "real job". I would like to start my own RL business here, but the market is crap right now so im biding my time and building local contacts here doing small jobs whilst I work at my full time job. If your curious what im doing for a full time job atm, I run a kitchen (actually its 2 kitchens and a catering business but its all out of one spot).

Ah you have much in common with many of the current and former members of TTI. Our current CEO Olexsandr has his graduate degree in an IT related field. And we have several other members in IT as well. I believe our past CEO MarkA was also a very talented programmer, though I have little experience in the area – so take my judgments with a grain of salt.

I do like to eat… Do you make any BBQ at those catering businesses? Too bad there is not much IT work up in the pan handle. As far as leaving paradise, if you are able to gain ground, and build a better life day over day, I’d say stick with it. Just watch out for those rabbits on the fur-lined highway.
