Just a quick note, been busy since I registered.

Must say that yours is one of the most interesting application processes I have ever run across. Someone mentioned your corp turn away about 50% of the applications, does that number factor in the number you scare away when they get the questions or just those that apply ?

Anyway, looking forward to hearing back.

50% figure is just those that apply and fail. A lot of people never make it to the app itself, and a good portion of those that make it to the app run in fear once they see it (thankfully)
