Greetings

Post by Zanduk »

I am 43 years young and lucky enough to have found a soul mate to go through life with. We have two very energetic young boys ages 4 and 7, and a third one due in early September. I originally grew up in South Florida and lived in both New City, NY and Boston, MA for a while before entering the Marine Corps. After serving in the sands of Yuma, Arizona., Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, I was pleased to follow my parent’s relocation to the North Georgia Mountains once I hit my EAS (End of Active Service). It was here that I started a small business selling and installing Satellite TV to the rural market. It was also here in North Georgia where I would later meet my wife. Not long after we were married, God blessed us with our first child. It was at this point that we both decided that one of us should dedicate our lives to being a full-time parent to our child. So after selling my small business and cutting down on many of the things that we use to consider “necessary”, I am proud to say I am a stay-at-home dad.

While EVE is my first introduction to the MMO world, I must say that I am very impressed at both the in-game graphics as well as the depth of play. Needless to say, this game has far exceeded the video games of my youth; think Space Invaders. As for my character, I am an aspiring industrialist who has recently found that Medium Blaster Specialization can sometimes be as important to have as Research Project Management. Of course, it also helps if the corporation that you are in has the intestinal fortitude to stand up for its members and not quietly succumb to the threat of force. It is this realization that has brought me in search of a new place to call home.

After spending nearly a week searching through the plethora of recruitment ads, knowing that just about any one of them would welcome me just for hitting the APPLY TO JOIN” button, I have found one that has taken the time to interview the person behind the skill points. Besides the fact that Taggart has a zero percent tax rate, a Capitalistic view that’s the polar opposite of Michael Moore’s, and a “by the people, for the people” mentality - The Corporation is owned by its members 1, they also ensure a continuity of values in their members.
