I tried to join the mailing list "Taggart Recruiting" just as Step 3 of the Recruiting Policy says. However nothing happened when I pressed "join". However it allowed me to create it. Am I doing something wrong, or the channel is mistyped (I copy-pasted in the form quoted above)?...
