Greetings

Post by Holden Starsin »

After reading through the forums and seeing TTI's philosophy, my interest was peaked and I read through the website and am thinking about joining in the future, so I thought I would introduce myself. I play EVE as a hobby to face new challenges and to interact in what seems a more free market system than exists in reality (and blow stuff up). Currently Holden Starsin is training to be a Falcon Pilot, while trying to maximize his profit through the markets as best a Caldari businessman can.

Out of EVE, I live in San Diego and work as a Toxicologist and the San Diego County Medical Examiners Office. I am 28, and my interests include Military History (just finished a book on the Spanish Civil War), and reading my Economist magazine cover to cover every week, along with of course gaming online and some weekly D&D games.

I look forward to learning more about TTI as time goes on.

Baring your views on your interest, I think you have many similar interest than people in TTI.

I myself am also interested in economic study, play something like DnD every once in awhile.

I'll be interested in seeing you in the public channel.

(Must be something with a BPO cost of less than 20 mil. One shuttle a day and per an item.)

Welcome to the TTI forums Holden. I’ll say you have a few things in common with some of the members. We are in the same town! I worked as an Analytical Chemist for many years before branching out into material science.

Just curious, but why are you aiming toward flying the Falcon? It is a good EW ship and the covert ops are very useful. It is very short on fire-power. I don’t use mine as much as I’d like to.

Best of luck on your application.

I've been training ECM skills and have been thinking of doing something along the lines of jamming but also wanted to be able to cloak and leave if necessary. I was thinking It would to well for scouting in the future and it seems like it might be fun. My main ships are my Drake and Raven. I figure the Falcon would at least help in a support role eventually.

And you will be prepared when the covert ops battleships come into game.
