In-game, I'm a money-loving Gallentean miner with a barge, destroyer, and industrial.

Out-of-game, I'm a money-loving soon-to-be-21 Texan university student with Objectivist leanings who loves to joke--particularly in the form of puns.

I intend to apply to join the corp, and from what I've seen of you from the Taggart channel in game, I think we'll get along splendidly.

I will use this thread instead of opening a new one of the same characteristic.
In game i am a caldari prospector, a rookie one, 2 weeks in the business, who owns a Badger Mark II and a Merlin. I like to go kill some rats and make SAK missions besides mining, that's why i train fighting skills as well as industry and manufacturing ones (and that's why i have already lost a Bantam and another BMII). I like to make money, but i enjoy most spending it in new toys.
IRL: i am a 31 argentinian businessman who owns a small construction company, 31 years old, father of a 10 years old girl and a diplomated chef.
You will have to excuse my english, spanish is my native tongue.

I'm from San Antonio, which actually isn't all that far from Driftwood! Thanks for the well-wishing; my app just headed off to HR.

Buenvendos Marius (cool name did you take it from the Ann Rice novels?) Welcome to the TTI forums. Talk about BBQ, Argentina is supposed to have some fantastic BBQ.

I hope to visit Argentina one day. I’ve found Argentinean Spanish to be lyrical, like beautiful music. Wouldn’t be great if I could embrace some of that accent and transform my Mexican Boarder Spanish.

Have you ever had the sacrament of the Salt Lick BBQ?

All you can eat of the tastiest BBQ I’ve ever had (and BBQ is a more than a hobby for me). You can cut the brisket with a fork. Everything is smoked for hours in a pit fueled by oak and pecan shells. The Salt Lick has it all: good food and fantastic ambiance out in the middle of Texas hill country ranch land. Definately worth the 1 hour drive from San Antonio.

You are close to one of prettiest cities in Texas too – New Braunfels.

You should come here now that 1 dollar = 3,13 pesos. If you need a place to stay, i have plenty of room. I live in one of the coolest places in Buenos Aires. We will get some ladies to help you improve you accent. Women are best teachers than men when it comes to tongues

First of all, good luck in application Knapik and Marius.
Second, just couldn't pass through BBQ thread

Here the BBQ is not popular at all. Instead we make pieces of meat (preferrably pork) cooked on metal sticks over the heated coals after the campfire. It's called "shashlik". Main dish when visiting forest and absolutely perfect with vodka.

Ya, we call 'em kebabs, though I think that may involve skewering veggies too. Very good, nonetheless.

Worlds best BBQ = anything I cook with my super-secret, original Kuwaiti Spice Mix.

Some good BBQ and strong libations - the universal definition of good times in every part of the world!

Besides the good food, this is one of the reasons I search out BBQ during my travels. It gets me out of the pre-packaged cookie cutter airports, rental cars, hotel rooms and chain restaurants. I call it “Mac Travel” after the Mac Donald’s hamburger joints that dot the globe. Every BBQ experience is unique, and they are all great fun unless, I end up on the grill (I hate that part).

There was this one time at band camp… Where I got really S- faced drunk and tried to do a back flip over the BBQ pit!
