i think its always good knowing what your fellow allies like to do and put most of their time into during eve so answer the question......how do you play eve?(not so much in RL e.g. "i play eve sitting down hahaha.....no" or " i play eve whilst sat on chuck norris lap" i mean in the game istelf)
so me i like to mine and run sleepers, my ship of choice would be a drake with a passive tank fit, i have another account which flys a hulk and covert ops ship(in about a week but yeah)
how do you play eve?
Re: how do you play eve?
Grustar from DOTR Incorporated here.
I currently spend a lot of time spinning my ships... Or I would if time allowed
I've spent long stretches living in wormholes in the past, but as my prior statement indicates I don't have the time to do things like that much these days, though the thought crosses my mind now and again. Real life seems to like to get in the way every time that happens.
Currently, I have a more or less exclusive arrangement with a faction ammunition buyer whom I swear eats the ammunition so I spend some time updating buy orders and picking up deliveries for resell, and when time allows earning LP for faction ammo exchanges. I usually move around 200 to 300 million isk a week in ammo, so my meager profits pay the bills anyway.
Not very exciting I know, but at least it keeps me involved in the game. I also seem to have a sadistic streak of enjoying playing with my spreadsheets to track various things. Note that by no stretch of the imagination am I a spreadsheet expert and mine would probably cause professional spreadsheet warriors to suffer a fatal aneurysm.

Re: how do you play eve?
impressive i must say, awsome that you use isk to keep your eve account alive
Re: how do you play eve?
Well, I actually don't buy plex with ISK though I can afford to. The "bills" would refer to a POS that has a good appetite that I currently lose money on, but overall with everything else I come out ahead. Also station offices, which for the last few months seem to have gone crazy on rent with prices that don't seem to make sense. I'm still trying to figure out how it went from under a million isk to 20 million isk in that time span when it still has empty offices. (note to self, look up current office rental mechanics)
Getting used to the convenience of your own PoS is a bit addictive, and I'm able to work it pretty easily with an alt that stays around the area for feeding time. Being a bit lazy, I also pay someone to deliver fuel to the system which is a huge time saver. I like having the thing for the convenience of burning copies of bp's as needed and the occasional research. I also have an ammo assembly array and keep several million units of non faction missiles on hand for LP exchanges. I figure if I'm gonna pay for the thing I might as well at least try to get some use out of it and minimize my losses. There is also the issue that if I took it down, my corp does not have the faction standings to put another one up again aside from wormholes anyway.
