Application and Introduction

Post by Ayrlyn »

I would like to start by saying that I am a veteran of many online games, and consider them a hobby of mine. The most recent of these is World of Warcraft, which I am leaving because it lacked challenge. Others include- but are not limited to- FFXI, Planetside, SWG, Guild Wars, Earth and Beyond, and several others.

I initially started playing EVE almost 2 years ago, started a corperation with 2 friends, and have been playing off and on since then. More recently, I have grown tired of MMORPG's that are too easy, and require no effort to progress. I think its fair to say EVE doesn't have that problem. I have come to realize that I know too little about this game to effectively start up a corperation again, and have spent the last few days carefully searching through corperations to find one to my liking. I came accross yours in the EVE online strategy guide a year or so back that my housemate had, and assumed it was an example rather than an existing corperation. I am glad to find I assumed incorrectly.

I am looking for a corporation that doesn't provide handouts, but provides guidance. I'm not looking for the challenge of the game to be taken away, but rather that I become empowered with knowledge to meet these challenges head on. Being a member of the US Marine Corps, I am also looking for a corporation whose members I can trust alongside me in combat, and who will trust me as well. I am very ambitious and strive daily to be the best at what I do. I need a corporation where I have room to excel based on my own merit, and one that lacks the politics that can get in the way of progress.

If this describes Taggart Transdimensional, then please consider this an application to join your ranks. If not, hopefully my words offend none, and I will continue my search for a corporation that fits my requirements.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to your response.

Welcome to the TTI forums. I'm sure your application will be under review shortly, please bear with us just a bit. We are currently in the middle of an HR position change.

No worries, and thank you for the info.
