How is it that after all this time.....

TTI is known for its intellectuals. This is a place for thinkers to gather and exchange quotes, thoughts, or other topics that might not appeal to the average gamer.

How is it that after all this time.....

Post by Dead Meat »

.... I still have the higest post count on the boards??!!

Hello all,

I got the 'itch' to see what's new in eve, and how could i forget my favorite eve corp? Lots of new face i don't know. Which is good. I hope Taggart is doing well. Seems i have some catching up to do... though it's a little heart breaking not to see my name in the taggart history, such found memories. :(

It's good to see some of the old farts of taggart too!! Raaz Satik, musashi, Oleksandr, Tolthar, Lockbar, Shar Tegral, Alpha. Good to see you all are still here in one shape or another.

Hoping to dust off the old pod and get some space under me again. Which one of you has the keys to the Taggart Porn Cruiser again?

Greetings DM. Long time no see.

TTI lives on, not only as a corp but as the founder of the objectivist alliance "Virtue of Selfishness"

Raaz still lives in HLW and is very rarely seen in Empire.

We going to see you in game again?

Hope to talk to you then. I enjoy listening to stories about when EVE was a younger place and how things have changed. This is also a very interesting time for Taggart, (potentially) and I hope you'll find we're something you want to remain a part of.

It would be a shame if you ever did change corps in game DM.

Just as an aside, I've not come across an employment history like DeatMeat's. Due to game mechanics his in-game employment history only shows TaggartTransdimensional - no newb corp, no corp changes. I haven't come across that type of singular employment listing in the thousands of toons I've looked at.

No Newb Corp? How come?
Only corps I have is my Newb Corp and TTI. Hence why I don't want to leave corp to get Clones and ruin my record.

The history section didn't always work as well as it does now :P. A lot of people from very early eve days will have strange/empty histories.

I think it has to do specifically with TTI. We were a corp before corps existed in-game. I’m not sure how, but somehow CCP must have known DM was a member of TTI when corps came in to the game.

I’m sure this must have happened to other toons as well. But how many “Beta Era” players can claim to never have moved to another corp in all that time. It seems like a rare set of conditions to me

I "think" it has to do with that when eve first came out, they didn't really track employment history. Or at least i din't remember seening a tab for it in profile for the toon. I was only in a noob corp for just a few hours, just long enought to find the tti office. it was the first thing i did

That would be my responsibility (apart from recent history, which has a different author). I am afraid I have left out very much history. Any emendations are offcourse welcomed.

Hi DM :) I hope you will like the EVE you are returning to. I believe WH space is the way we should have had Venal long ago.

Regarding clones with out leaving the corps... drop MDD a note (not sure but maildeaddrop?) He's had clone services done in fleet mode, no need to leave the corp. Escort provided to their vat and back out again as well.
