The economic model could work if it was a still a subscription service. EVE as it currently is wouldn't be ideal, but more because of console demographics. However some sort of massively multi-player online space game could work, something a bit more action-oriented but sacrificing some of the depth.

Look forward to receiving your application. Yes, TS is used extensively, mostly for PvP combat, but also for general chat.

We used to use IRC a lot, but since they improved the in-game chat with better features and workable security, IRC has fallen into dis-use. These forums are the best way to converse OOG atm.

Tit-for-tat is a very solid strategy for the iterated prisoner's dilemma, but what later tournaments showed is that it's a non-transient problem, ie scissors-paper-stone. There's no perfect strategy as there's always one that can beat any other, even if you end up going in a loop. Interesting stuff ...

There's a "Starter Tool" also on eve-i which helps a lot with this - I used it to help set up my alt (Caldari Deteis) who has considerably better balanced attributes than my main. In general prioritise attributes in this order: Int, Mem, Percept, Will, Charisma.
